Born on the “wrong side of the tracks” in San Jose, California, to a humble Mexican-American family, I learned early the value of hard work, grit, and faith.

What started as a shy kid getting a shot at entrepreneurship turned into an 18+ year journey in life insurance and financial services—training and developing thousands of agents, building a 7-figure business, and discovering my real passion: connecting entrepreneurs with opportunities that transform lives.
